Paraquat, a widely used herbicide introduced in the 1960s, has been linked to serious health risks, including Parkinson's disease and other severe conditions.
Now, thousands of agricultural workers, farmers, and others exposed to Paraquat are filing lawsuits, alleging that manufacturers such as Syngenta and Chevron failed to warn consumers about the dangers of the herbicide despite evidence of its toxicity.
